At a rate of 100 shares per trade. I highly highly doubt they would ever take the time to do this.

They also still have a lot of time left befor they can sell if I'm not mistaken.

but no I disagree with your theory. But I do think there are a few people playing games. Just need more momentum from really investors ends it will put a stop to it.

No i do not think that Horizon or Debbie are the ones selling but the ones that participated in the 70 cent raise, these were "friends and family" along with insiders.
