Given the trading pattern, it seems pretty evident that those "elite inside" few who were able to gobble up the huge units private placement at .34 a unit a couple of months ago are now blowing out all the underlying stock for a tidy profit, and will then ride the free wts. for the icing on their cake should KTN move higher.

Where are the regulatory watchdogs, including Ontario Securites Commission and the SEC whose responsibility it is to catch and prosecute this kind of trading?
