Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:RE:Price stuck for last 6 months

RE:RE:Price stuck for last 6 monthsChris has done a good job of keeping the company from being acquired as GBR hasn't defined their resources.  Puts a cramp on majors wanting to buy the company.

That being said, and if Chris is right about the size of their depost(s), then the longer they wait, the more the majors will have to pay.

Honestly, a 75% premium would (I think) swing the deal.  But paying such a premium without hard resource numbers is a tough pill for the majors to swallow after how much they overpaid the last up cycle (and subsequently had to write-down/off).
