Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

The 37.5 cent warrants (14,236,666) expire in November this year (5 years/60 months) and are not in the tradable category. **Note shares (plus a warrant) were issued at 30 cents back in November 2016!! Time flies when you're having fun.

("Theralase" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:TLT)(OTC PINK:TLTFF) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced public offering (the "Offering") of units (each, a "Unit"). On closing, the Corporation issued an aggregate of 14,236,666 Units at a price of $0.30 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $4,271,000. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Corporation (each, a "Common Share") and one common share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire an additional Common Share at a price of $0.375 for a period of 60 months following the date of issuance.
