Stop crying over BPY.UN

Stop crying over BPY.UN I think who ever published this report was right on the money.BPY.UN became indebted dog and covid time made it worse. I own this stock in 3 accounts made money in all three. Reason I bought it is because of nice dividends prior to retirement just like I bought CHORUS . CHR could be taken over as well.Again making money, but I am looking for dividends more than growth. I am very puzzled with BPY.UN .If I chose preferred shares what dividend I get? What percentage? I am not going to settle for less than 6%. I would be rather buying SPG (US) with potential double going forward plus 6.25% yield.
