Jeff doesn't mess around...

The new CEO has law degree from Cornell and a management degree from Oxford. I don't think someone of that caliber would be involved in project that would never see the light of day. His real estate credentials alone should tell you that he knows a good thing when he sees it. Early in the year and we're off to a good start!
