But the numbers didn't stay low they kept on climbing unchecked until we were in an even worse second wave than the first. I don't think it takes a genius scientist to see an obvious cause and effect relationship here. When the new lockdown is over we'll know it it worked a second time if there is a reduction in new infection numbers.
