SP ?

So simply said after Tax NPV@8% from $ 1.7 Billion (CAD) to $ 2 Billion (CAD). 10 – 20 % are MC of $ 200 – 400 Mio. Would be a SP from $ 17 – 34 (CAD). What is wrong with my math ?
