Sundial Growers Issues Notice Of Default To Zenabis On Senio

Despite many Zenabis Global shareholders believing otherwise, it appears that the purchase of certain debt by Sundial Growers is not as positive as it seemed. Sundial this morning indicated that it has already issued a notice of default to Zenabis in relation to certain terms contained within the senior loan that were not being met.

Well - hopefully this is just a legal formality Sundial processed to protect itself because they didn't/don't actually have the payment 'in hand', even if they fully expect that it will be forthcoming.
I said right from the announcement something was odd with the whole Delta and $7 million cannabis sale - it's just business as usual for Zena's incompetent management.
If they sold Delta - why wouldn't they just turn the money over to Sundial, that debt has nothing to do with cannabis sales. AND how in the world did Zena get $7 million in advance of the mj sale - but the wording of the sales agreement indicates that the buyer could change it's mind?
