Angry Allied Nevada Investors Demand Seat At Table

Angry Allied Nevada Investors Demand Seat At TableBecause of the disputed and onerous ANV bankruptcy in 2014, thousands of ANV former stockholders own warrants on Hycroft expiring in 2022. MudRick's initial outreach to them has been less than stellar and an investor group lead by Jordan Darga has filed many complaints to regulators including the state of NY and the SEC. As originally promised and structured, the warrants should have actual redemption value of near $44 but now trade for 30-40 cents. The investor group hopes to force MudRick to honor these warrants with real value as part of the debt takeover deal rather than having them go worthless. The Hycroft mine has huge potential in this new era of $2000 gold. There should be room for all at the table to share the wealth. Suggest any potential investors contact the company to see if any proposed settlements with ANV/ Hycroft warrant holders could affect its stock price. Millions of Dollars are at stake here and due diligence is a must!
