You recently mentioned that Thermalpass is being manufactured in 3 Ontario locations. Can you speak to how that works? Guelph, Windsor, and Markham are making different components.

Are there any manufacturing challenges such as procurement of thermal sensors? No challenges

Are you manufacturing units in advance or are they made to order? No. Model based on orders manufactured as order received.

We have heard metal detection could be in the works. Is that an on/off function or another version? 4 to 6 month timeline, not many requests yet.

Can you explain the installation process? Does Predictiv AI need to be on site for that? Does not require Smart Labs on site. $75 USD $95 CAD admin fee. $10 monthly fee if customer has 5 or less units. $5 monthly fee for 6 or more units. 24/7 maintenance. Michael can assemble, demo, and disassemble a unit in 20 mins. Very easy.

The software integration for Thermalpass, can you detail that recurring revenue stream and are customers interested? Thermalpass connect $900 or $1100 premium. Wireless solution. On phone, iPad etc. Financing available on Thermalpass units. For most part USA customers paying in full and some Canadian customers financing.

We have heard of unsolicited interest in Thermalpass. Is any of that translating to orders? Short answer yes.

Currently it appears orders have been in North America. Are you looking overseas? Yes but focus is North America. 35% revenue lost shipping to Europe. Opportunity for manufacturing there in future.

In a recent news release you mentioned interest from Sports Teams and Cruise Lines. Can you elaborate? Reseller with Casinos and Cruise Lines. Working on both but no contract yet.

Are there any chains you feel can be converted to actual sales? Speaking to grocery, pharmaceutical, big box. Focusing big time.

Can you provide a glimpse into future orders? How special can Q1 be? Lots of interest.

It’s been over a month since an Alert Fleet news release. Any updates you can share? Infield solutions brought in. Works with Tom Tom and many others. In contact with many fleets etc.

Have you had any interest from large companies that could integrate Telematics into their platform? Short answer yes.

Do you have any updates with IBI Group for their WISDOM platform? Still rurunning. Giving data on snow plow operations and maximizing revenue.

Looking far down the road, can you describe your long term vision for Predictiv AI? Overall very excited for future. Long response but that was my take away.
