Can someone please post to wiki and my 2 posts? Many great things going on, can only speak on what's public. He's been in sales for 30 yrs, he can tell you that sales cycles can take from 2 weeks - 8 weeks. They have been actively selling for 8 weeks. Just 10 months ago, the was an idea...now health Canada approved and selling - pretty magnificent speed to market. Now is the time to hang in there with us! Selling to Hospitals, prisons, food services, schools, car services, office supply companies, movie industries, resellers buying product up front before even selling! Have sold close to 70 units. They have proved it works, and have meetings all the time. He is in discussions with companies we deal with all the time including the government. He is hugely bullish on upcoming sales; so many different resellers - 2 new resellers this week! Constantly signing resellers and expanding network. Opening channels that have dozens/hundreds of sales people. References video of Panthers game and the endorsement letter from school. Timing couldn't be better because of issues with vaccine rollout, the Covid issue and awareness very high. We are full steam ahead and he is expecting that by the middle to end of Q1 they will have very significant sales to report and by mid Feb there will be steady sales. Says the pipeline is robust and lots coming, many things in the middle of the sales cycle. He is extremely bullish on the sales aspect of ThermalPass, he is very excited and spends 7 days a week on this. They are just beginning meetings with airports, govt, etc and all the new resellers. We are in a great place right now! We are expecting some good sales to be reported as we enter Q1. He asks us for our patience. Wait one month; watch what happens. We will share with us everything as it comes out! Long term Care, hospitals, medical supply, office buildings, schools in USA specifically and very targeted focus on longer term items that are govt related. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Questions Why 3 manufacturing in 3 spots? Guelph Windsor for hardware/firmare and Markham electronics Any manufacturing challenges? No manufacturing challenges re: sensors procurement; not manufacturing in advance of order...not effective and poor mgmt of funds. Order then manufacture in 4-6 weeks delivery; trying to get to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Metal detection - thought from the start this would eventually integrate metal detection schools/airports. 4-6 months away - hasn't been requested often at this point. Installation process - very easy, does not require anyone onsite for installation; they hire to expand bandwidth, they offer 24/7 service - they charge a monthly subscription for 75$ for this in USD and $10 USD per unit from 1-5 and $5 USD for 6 units plus. They remote in to set up the software. You can have the dashboard on your phone. Pricing - offer financing option to buy; for monthly payments. No issues with pricing, Canadians like financing more. Just brought on a reseller who deals with Big Box - Best Buy, Walmart etc. Unsolicited calls/emails - yes they get lots of interest from these sources and yes they have made some sales to this clients; not the game changers so far. There will be a lot more active marketing and more aggressiveness and will be pushing the heck out of TP and he expects for this to increase in the coming month. Overseas - through SigFox (70 countries) they have met with many SigFox country reps - great things going on; our focus now in North America. A European reseller even focused on USA. High costs to ship to Europe. Some great opportunities to manufacture in Europe in future. Need to be very focused at this point, USA & Canada. Sports/Cruise lines? - the elaboration - one reseller deals with casinos and cruise lines; working on these things right now. No clients in this area at the moment. They are working on pipeline in these areas. Proof of Concepts? Dealing with everyone from massive chains, to small and medium businesses. A glimpse into future orders - can't say, has to be careful. I restates he is extremely bullish on the sales aspect of ThermalPass and very excited about potential and future. Sales meetings all day back to back; has had to delegate other parts of his job to focus on sales. 90% of time is spent trying to get sales. Alertfleet - telling people there is black ice is coming is important to people; gps systems etc. Working with a guy who knows everyone in the industry to contact and open doors. Meetings w diff GPS firms/software companies who supply fleets to govt, etc. A sales process similar to TP. Unique and valid product. Companies interested and well received by fleets and insurance companies. Will help them save money through less accidents. Expect news as we more forward on that - a little behind TP, more resources have been push TP to date. They have a dedicated sales team - as a layer to existing solutions and selling directly to fleets. Long term view into the future - we are a real company with real products, eventually when we put down good numbers, the stock price will take care of itself and everyone will be high fiving and really happy. I am not willing to put out any announcement. Starting a blog for weekly communication. He would rather communicate meaningful information. We are working diligently to make sure our sales come in so that by end of Q1 (or sooner) you are happy to have stuck with it. Vision doesn't stop with TP or AF; working on next innovations to bring to AI labs - will keep coming up with AI solutions in various areas. Great tech team, they are getting tech companies call them to partner on future products or to review their current products - earning respect in tech community. Like you, I want everything to happen quickly...but its happening in a methodical fashion. I am expecting great things to report end of this month, Feb and especially in March. Time flies and please be patient in sales cycle.
