Private Placement

Private Placement I am a little disappointed by the private placement, because I would think if this company was sufficently profitable, it could pay it out of proceeds. How many coins does it have in the bank? Couldn't they sell some of the coins? If Amar is doing a  private placement at 79 cents, then, yes, I can't see him start buying back shares at values greater than 79 cents, if they do any repurchases at all, for the short term.
