I think we are all in the same boat awaiting updates, however, any prudent business would ensure due diligence is completed with relevant updates before releasing 'news'. Would there really be a benefit for a NR saying 'we have shipped and are waiting to hear back ' followed by 'we are still waiting to hear back due to some administative delays....' etc.?
