information please??

information please??Hi,  if the mine went 'private' years ago,  what is the current action in aid of?  understand  mine  is copper  and copper is going  up dramatically.  However, these shares are not part  the mine if it went private.

Can someone explain what is happenning here??  I owned a few million  for years and finally sold  before the huge rise.  Am I missing something?/   Is this a classic  pump and dump??

thanks
