RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ALEAFIA GREENHOUSE 80k FLOWER A YEAR

They have not announced how much biomass came off that crop, only 32,500kgs of dried flower. Of course the biomass isnt as pretty or AS potent as the flower, if it has decent content then it can easily be extracted and added to the 2.0 pipeline.

Also, while on that topic, dont forget that you're $2-3 prediction in Canada would be for wholesale flower alone. Geoff eluded to the fact that we're moving away from the wholesale business to sell B2C. Selling to the customer directly demands a higher price, along with more of a margin. Along with the UNIFOR members. For every unionized member they get 2-1/2 people per household, so that could be spouces or children over 19 being potentially able to get scripted. From there on out its money in the bank.

They experimented with many cultivars this year on the outdoor side, and they say its gone quite well. Next year that should be dialed in, along with an earlier planting season, and the yeilds should grow in a big way.

So to say the majority will be sold at $2-3 is inaccurate. The margins on Kin slips and distilates is massive. Dont discount the 2.0 products that we're now producing at scale. They seem to be hard to keep in stock with how high the demand is. And at $0.50/g we're boasting some of the best greenhouse prices to grow in the industry, let alone our 0.10/g outdoor costs.

Hi,

Why 98 000 000 grams ?

- 25 000 000 grams with the green house
- 32 000 000 grams outdoor this year

= 57 000 000 grams seems more accurate ?

They will surely produce more with the outdoor during 2021. I hope. They will not be able to sell all of it at 7$/g thu. Majority at 2-3$/g in Canada.

Maybe in 2022 with the outdoor crop of next summer they will sell around 200 millions annual revenue. (50k kg + 25k kg= 75k kg at 3$ average = 225 millions annual revenue IF they are able to sell everything!

Can we see 80-100 millions revenue in 2021 with what's left of the summer crop + Green house?
