Sounds like a crock to me. It won't matter if you pay 30 or 25 or 20 if the "huge" opportunity shows up does it? It's $1,$10,$100 who knows ..... or it's zero. Either way it won't matter what you paid. Sounds like a classic good till close, always 10% under the bid, order that will never get filled.

Have a bid in for shares hoping to be filled and that mgmt will find that one huge opportunity needed
