RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Tax loss sellingFair value is already right around $0.32 USD, but the stock price has been suppressed because 1) fear of dilution, 2) uncertainty on when positive cash flow would arise, 3) lack of trust in management and 4) tax selling.

But Vivo did what they needed to do - Barry was replaced, they trimmed the fat of their staff with diluting, and they repsonsibly managed debt for the next couple of years. Now that hard part is done and they're on the verge of profitability. More importantly, things were always favoring Q4/Q1, even beyond all the operational cost cutting it's also by far their biggest harvest ever that they just completed. Q3 was an unexpected down quarter, now I think we'll see significant momentum build up towards Q4 earnings report.

Obviously who knows what will happen in the short term, but the value opportunity here is hard to argue for any tentative investors.
