RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Beaxy Exchange Halt An excellent post metals, one of your best.
See also the ISIN terms and conditions at https://www.isin.org/terms-of-use/
This reinforces your post with terms such as:
By working with ISIN Organization and for any company, fund, or entity/client that obtains an ISIN number, such an assignment to any security is not intended to be and should not be construed as an endorsement of such security, a recommendation to purchase, sell or hold such security or an opinion as the legal validity of such security of any kind
Entity/client (also referred to as (the Company) acknowledges and agrees that ISIN Organization does not certify any securities are real or have worth
The terms also state that the entity has 12 months to pay its listing fees or get removed from the database, which is probably why I can't find them anywhere else but in posts by metalstream supporters.
Metalstream are almost certainly in breach of these terms, which means that they don't even have a valid agreement for a number that anyone can get.
Oddly, I didn't see anything in the ISIN terms to explicitly prevent an entity from representing themselves as legitimate or regulated by using the ISIN name, but I guess it's only a matter of time now before a new term is added.
