Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBDF

Primary Symbol: GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

So far the risk has paid off...

So far the risk has paid off...When the infill drilling started, I realized that the S/P would be stagnant for a period of time, so I took profits off the table and invested in other up and comers. Some have done very, some I am holding but others I have sold and am now buying back into GBR. I am finding it too risky to NOT be invested here and now. Although I believe there is a higher percentage chance of the buyout coming after the 43-101, it has been nagging me lately that someone will swoop in and make an offer "you can't refuse' and buy this huge, high grade mine out from under everyone. I would expect the offer to be around $250 per oz. in the ground, or $50.00- $60.00 per share. This would be for the LP zone of the Dixie only.
