66 days and counting – No Cavaltinib trial news
66 days and counting – No Cavaltinib trial newsPoints of discussion…
There has been no word on Cavaltinib Phase II trial since November 4th 2020
Nothing posted on Health Canada web sites since announcement in May 2020 pertaining to phase II trial.
No “No Objection letter” or NOL number allocated or listed on Health Canada’s web site
No “Letter of Authorization” or NCT number listed on Health Canada’s web site pertaining to the acceptance to proceed with the phase II trial.
66 days and counting with no news from either Naturally Splendid or Plasmpharma on the start of the phase II trial.
This does not pass the smell test!
If this product does what they say it can do and is of such importance (and third-party research shows it can be) then the prep for this trial should have been started months ago. Then the start of this trial should have been in November, once they received the LOA.
The money was there and allocated from the PP, so that is no excuse!
New calculations…
60 to 90 days to commence (start) the trial, based on November 4th announcement; 60 days to complete the trial; 60 to 70 days to process the data and look for significant results.
We are looking May/June at the earliest for this to hit the street. So much for "fast tracking" this project like they stated last May!
To me, that is too late for people who need it now!!
Hope I am wrong but that is the timeline I now see based on "no news" from either of the two companies which makes me "speculate" that they either lied to us or severely dropped the ball.
Perhaps an updated corporate news release could eliminate this speculation.
I am pissed, but here’s hoping I am wrong! I am sure I am not alone on that thought.
Curc out
