RE:RE:Blackstone, Gates moving into private jet operations I don't know if family after losing billions in their own A shares will buy themselves the entire company to take control while they are already controlling it with only 15% ownership. While the family will gain 100% ownership by going private they will have to come up with additional financing to buy out rest of the A and B shares. They will be still on the hook for the current debt, plus additional debt that they borrowed to go private and never recovering from the A share SP drop from years gone by. I think more likely they will not go private but letting the sp to recover by running the company very lean and profitable.

The concern is whether management will roll us under the bus by either a reverse split or going private for 30% more than the current price so +/- 65¢. In both scenarios any investor over a $2 will likely never break even.
