RE:RE:RE:And the struggle continues..Thanks. What is it about this John guy that they don't want to let him go? What do they think he brings to the table that they can't get from someone else, and more importantly, when is he going to bring that to the table after 3 years in charge? Seriously folks why is this guy who holds no shares, created no value, seemingly untouchable with respect to his position?

What has this guy seriously accomplished in 3 years in this job? What value has he brought? What shareholder value has he returned? How has he grown the profile of Martello? What connections does he have that are benefiting the company? How is this company better off with him than without him?

I just do not understand. I am sorry but enough is enough. We have seen what he can. and much more importantly, cannot do. What is stopping management from pulling the trigger on a new CEO? Why is this not happening? We are honestly the definition of insane because we are allowing his tenure to continue day after day, week after week, month after month, and NOTHING is changing!!
