Secondly (and thankfully) most people don't need a feel good "everything is going as planned" to allay their concerns because they haven't seen a NR in 7 days. Finally, I hope it's not Rob Fia responding to emails and disappointed that he feels some obligation to have an executive assistant answer them. There are FAR MORE IMPORTANT responsibilities for everyone involved with Thrm to be working on.
I have a very good friend that's an extraordinary financial advisor. The one and only nightmare in his job as he expresses it, is being inundated with phone calls and emails because people insist on micromanaging their investments and want all the benefits without any risk.
