Not sure I agree with this, Patience. Why keep John around at all if Bruce is doing the lion's share of the work? That's a hefty 400K bill we are footing just so what, he is not out of a job? There are millions and millions of people out of work due to covid, who have actually met if not exceeded their workplace expectations. Few of them if any make 400K. There should be no reward for incompetence and amassing losses for your shareholders. There should be no leniency here - he gets paid 400K, there is more than an expectation for performance here. With no shares, he has no motivation to succeed. I don't care if he was in the British army, I don't care if he was a VP or whatever with CGI - even then, what are his accomplishments? Sorry, he does not get a pass with me, and certainly I think with many of you, you will agree. The fact that he isn't gone yet does not bode well for how management treats incompetency. They may all be in on it.
For me, one more call and if I don't hear a clear path and strategy going forward, I am exiting this position that day, whether it is at a gain or a loss.
