Aleafia Health Inc. is a federally licensed Canadian cannabis company offering cannabis products in Canadian adult-use and medical markets and in select international markets. The Company is engaged in the production, sale, and distribution of cannabis. It operates a virtual medical cannabis clinic staffed by physicians and nurse practitioners which provide health and wellness services across Canada. The Company operates two licensed cannabis production facilities and operates a strategically located distribution center all in the province of Ontario, including the largest, outdoor cannabis cultivation facility in Canada. The Company produces a diverse portfolio of cannabis and cannabis derivative products including dried flower, pre-roll, milled, vapes, oils, capsules, edibles, sublingual strips and topicals. It markets and sells cannabis products through regulated intermediaries into selected international markets, tactically sells cannabis products into Canadian wholesale markets.

We'll, I think the recent trend of NR's is fairly clear that we aren't messing around.

2/6/19 - Permits to export cannabis oil to 10% owned CannaPacific in Australia.

28/11/19 - Commenced production run of white label services for the Montu Group.

1/09/20 - Aleafia Germany (60% JV w/ Acnos Pharma) receives controlled drug license to begin sales in Germany.

10/12/20 - Signed 3-year deal with Equinox International.
(Equinox already committed to buy 1,400kg's in 2021.)

18/12/20 - Partnership with UNIFOR to deliver medical cannabis.

08/01/21 - Signed 3-year deal with Apipharm
(Apipharm commits first order of 1000kg's)

And I would imagine theres more to come. I would say between this, upping our sales in the adult use and medicinal channels, and wholesale, our new priority will be to produce enough to keep it on the shelves. Good problems. Amazing margins.
