The Company anticipates that the TAAT™ online store for the United States will be launched in January 2021.

As I see it, all they've committed to is launching the online store.  As we learned from the sales rollout in Ohio, launch date means different things to different people, and launching the online store doesn't necessarily mean online sales right away.  They can define what states they will ship to.  Also, "the Company anticipates" is not a firm commitment, but one covered by the Safe Harbor statement.

Personally, I'd give it an additional 2-4 weeks after arrival for installation, set up, testing, and establishing production to build warehouse supply before cutting loose with the online retailing ... and I'd also expect another couple weeks to smooth out the kinks in that sales and delivery method.

Individual packs won't be as profitable as cartons, for I expect tons of initial demand.  They need to be prepared, because the worst thing would be to open the online retailing and not be able to fulfill the pent up demand for the products.

I could see it being easier to align with Amazon to get the online retailing outlet up and running smoothly all that much quicker.  It would make the products widely available nationwide, so long as the product can be provided.  Setti mentioned it in passing last summer, if I'm not mistaken.

I could see them opening direct sales to just a few states at a time to avoid being overwhelmed, then build out state by state or region by region.  They need to be able to sign distributors, either state by state or region by region, and not undercut those distributors.  I expect it to be a slow, step by step process, not a dam break.
