RE:RE:RE:Fully diluted shares is 646m, that's poor share structure The market does not like rollbacks for overvalued stocks that are raising capital. It loves them for cheap stocks. 

I have three stocks that did share consolidations over the past 4 years. One is up 500% since (it was 4 years ago), one is up 50% since (it was 6 months ago) and the last is up 20% (it was 15 months ago).

Anything over 500m shares presents the danger of a roll back. The market does not like roll backs.
