RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:WarrantsVery good explanations here. Only thing I'd add is that warrants are (in my opinion) a far superior device to raise capital for companies in expansion mode than offerings. Offerings massively destabilize investor confidence, warrants incent engagement for the longer term. GLTA
