RE:Good afternoon Yajne.IMHO - i find is truly stunning that 99% of people who own a stock and read about their purchase on this forum (with their own hard earned money) only want to sit aroung and sing Kumbaya with others whom have made the same purchasing decisions.as they did.
Finding a needle in a haystack in the market is a longshot at best. It is my opinion that you can all gain as investors listing to a second opinion (even if may differ from yours). I think we can all differentiate a complete moron spewing hatered and disrespecful comments from one whom actually appears to have done some reading and due diligence.
You dont have to read it if you dont want to OR you can become an Ostrich and pretend what is stated has absolutly no possibility of happening EVER - here on the mightly Venture exchange (AKA the wild west).
THough you may not agree with a person that does not own a stock - I think you do a dis-service to yourself if you ignore it (as long as it is a lucid opinion).
The reasons that all you Ostrich's post that this stock is the next coming of the great lord and your ticket to the French Riviera - are the same reasons others come on here and call you out that you are wrong.(hopefully with facts)
Recently bankrupt, past 10:1 reverse stock split, 10 mos to get new financing (dont know how he pulled that off - shows not many willing to believe the hype), no sales, no revenue, not much cash left on the balance sheet to play with, numerous promises with no delivery and a 10 year track record of failing . THOSE ARE FACTS. = pure and simple
Yet you seem to want to invest in this company with blind trust and are not willing to sit on the sidelines and wait to see if this 10 year hype tour can at least be proved up with (I dont know ) how about 5 unit sales???? 5 how about 4 - Hell I would take 2 SALES with recurring revenue (god forbid).
Dont just dismiss because you have delusions of grandure. I was on here when the came out of bankruptcy saying be careful. I cant believ it actually got to 16 cents (or whatever it got to)
Yet the CEO is touting millions of shares traded and all is Rosie- well ya when your stock is worth 7 cents - a million shares is only $70,000 changing hands (THATS NOTHING). It is very telling when a CEO only cares about how many shares are traded rather than what they are trading at !!
All data past and present point to this being a total bust (yet again - for the third time in 10 years). Yet you all seem to dismiss it.
Everybody here only wants to here reassurance from others whom have made the same purchase; and i always ask why is that?? possibly because they think they made the wrong purchse.
To me this is one of the most least investable company's in the country. At least wait till they sell 5-10 units and have at least one with recurring revenue. IMHO - that will be a long wait and if so your shares will be diluted to basic worthlessness
So start giving me some pluses (other than they will sell units - because they have not) Heck they cant even publish glowing reports from the units in hospitals collecting dust..

It is clear that he is just another little irritant who has come here to benevolently save us from ourselves.(Not!) Kind of amusing to see someone expend that much time and effort because he is worried that we will lose money. Shucks, he doesnt even know us!! LOL. It is clear that he is attracted to this site because VPT clearly has massive potential . We all know that the risks are enormous but also we have taken the stance that the risk/reward ratio is worth the gamble. So, all in all, my advice would be to ignore the cute little guy and continue to hold . Not that you need my advice by the way. Have a good day .
