RE:Doesn't make sense !!!!!!!How doesn't it make sense? In March demand was destroyed and Saudi and Russia had a oil war, so we had surplus supply even though demand is down we are still seeing draws in crude inventory in July we where 16% above the five year average for oil stockpiles now it has dropped to 6%, last week we had a 8million draw with the low demand so with that and the lack of capex still being invested when demand recovers I don't know if even with the cuts disappearing if the world will be producing enough oil so I see those stockpiles falling below the 5yr average and a decent spike in oil prices but then again that is all dependent upon how well this vaccine works over the next 3-6months
