another speculative gesture. They need hard copy contracts not hype. This company has tried this strategic movement a few times and no delivery. My geuss is this stock will go to 9.5 cents max once again and plummet down to the 7.5 - 8 cent range once again. Then it will sit there until another news hype come abroad. Just my geuss
