MC Numbers vrs todays Share Price

I just can't understand this.
The new web site clearly states the combined revenue is $148Million.

We have 430 odd million shares outstanding.
Today we trade at an average of $0.27/share
That puts our Marker Cap at : $116 million

Again, revenue will outpace the Market Cap 22% - Unfreaking Believable !!!

We gotta be getting ready to move up but I don't know whats holding it back.
All indicators are buy, so I'm trading shares for Warrants - long run its a better bang for the buck.
