RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Immediate Concerns.Could be one of two things that can impede imminent production, but should be resolved in the not so distant future.
  1. The commissioning is linked to the lawsuit in the recent monthly progress report.
  2. The provisional license expires Thursday and needs to be replaced with a renewable one year license, most likely Type S, which allows for shared use facility and storage of multiple companies.
