Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

there is an american ADR in this mix... the market maker was closing both exchanges @ parity.

the warrants cannot B swappedinto the US Market.. so ther may B a stok infusion by the acquisition companies 2 keep the stoks on even eel..

the warrants are Call Warrants and can B traded into the CnX markets 4 30 days ?

thats when the loks kik in.. Scotia and Payla are betting on a up-tik @ leas 40% - thats the usuall analysis by the temple investor groups..

here in envada every few years.. the mines take thir gloves off after boxing day in canada.. the mine directors are one group and the investors are another.. the investors are the hooties who start a pissin match w directors who were brought into these mining distriks to re-vamp dormant strikes..

the Aqq-Akk acquision groups are getting ready to move on several of the nery small gold mines.. i.e. nevada gold is one - not 2B confused w newmont/barrik.. the directors are brought into this area from canada for their expetise - 2 doo it thier way !

the investors are another puddle.. some will go quietly in a buard room merger; nbut her in nevada there is a lot of cash that eminates from salt lake and reno.. this crowd will not go quietly and will force hostile spikes (10fold) on the underlying asset/mine..

then the akk=aks come in an accumulate more than 7 to 10% on the open market and it barefist day in Vegas w tyson looking for an ear to chew...

iam gold - wheaton - and a couple other went this way.. round mountain or now kinross 50/50 w barrik went quietly in the board room...

after this - they chill out - send in new directors - start new mines; severl years down the road the investors go @ it again
