If i am correct, the sublimental addition to the offer is posted on the Sedar web page. It says very little save for the change of dates and includes the new proxy form. I gather they will not adjust the price until they make a deal with the top shareholders , and then announce they have 40% already committed. It should be an interesting couple of weeks. Meanwhile, we're at $15.50 today, so all is not lost.
