the atm ran very little in December relative to volume. 

They can do 10% of volume - December was huge volume - more than 100mil - they only did 2.8..on atm .... it's a minuscule effect. Nothing. 

it's supply and demand guys... like Vulcan said .. maybe if everyone on the board whose barking stopped selling.... the share price would move up quicker.
