Why Is This Good?The value is no one will excercise the warrants unless we far exceed the strike price, probably in the $.10++ range, maybe more.  The NEWS that will take us there is obviously something significant.  They are not doing a private placement but relying on warrants so this PR basically means "we have Massive news coming" - my paraphrase.  it is a risk to the company relying on warrants to fund the company so they must have news coming very soon and have confidence it's significant to move the shares quite a bit higher.  It also means no further dilution to present shareholders, other than the warrant conversion.
