Its portfolio includes Phase I clinical trial of sudocetaxel zendusortide (TH1902), a novel peptide-drug conjugate (PDC), in patients with advanced ovarian cancer.

Look, the $3.51 price is a discount that was offered solely to this investment bank. They settled on this price because they have the risk in re-selling this at a higher price. Therefore, tomorrow's opening bid should be at around 3.75 to 3.80. They made their money right off the bat but represents at least a 5% loss for us investors. But this ain't dipping more than that especially if the investment bank paid $3.51 per share.
