As I just posted, I have to believe we will soon get another PR that will help us understand why management and the board agreed to such a sweetheart deal. There has to be more to this situation as it is inconceivable such a deal would be done unless something quite valuable was received in return. So, I am hoping to get another PR this morning that helps make sense of the deal.
