RE:RE:Important: "subject to regulatory approval"Publicly traded companies have regulatory and legal obligations. One of those is officially and publicly releasing news of milestones, mergers, financials etc.

Check the wire this morning. That's how things work. You might want to take note if you are serious about making trades.
