Good questions!

TAATs hemp cigarette most probably contain more parts of the hemp plant including stems, stalks, and leaves. And almost no flower. 100% pure hemp material grown in the USA. I guess flower is too expensive and also that the other parts make it a leafier shake material to make the cigarette burn and pack correctly - more like a real tobacco cigarette.
