Upon completion, existing TBI shareholders would own 10% of FCC which is valued at $196 million (that was a month ago). That would value TBI shares at around 5 cents. BUT, since the announcement, other "peer" stocks have gone up, and most likely will keep going up in value. Existing TBI shareholders may be smiling down the road...
