Someone didn't like what they saw in the interview and dropped a
most 1,000,000 shares .....but that doesn't really explain why it was sold at such a low sp .....except they wanted to make sure it all sold. Really, you just don't ever know.

The better news is there are investors who are happy to grab those shares. For every share sold there is a share purchased. Those buying long will be rewarded.
