I assume we still have the Trilogy shares.. I will have to check on that and their value...

they also did a few raises in 2020, these shares are probably a reason for selling pressure as they are free trading now.

So once we get drilling and the selling dries up we can get moving i think. I agree with the properties, cash and Trilogy this is very undervalued... small downside and big upside which is harder to find now.
