RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ExcellentListen my problem is not solely this offering as I said before my issue is how they've conducted their business in the past and keep doing the same mistakes.
I have ran many businesses quite successfully and my experience time after time in different countries has been the same, you have to make sure you distinguish yourself from competitions and this is the part that worries me. My household have multiple hundreds of thousands of this equity and not sold one share in the last decade, with arrival of Paul I was hoping there will be some changes, and yes I believe there has been as they seems to have been more efficient but as far as marketing they are lagging the competition and please let's stop giving each other's financial advices (not being disrespectful) as we all seem to have our expertise and I always respect others opinion and expect the same from other posters.

So you are perplexed and rattled by an extra 15-17% dilution! I have seen this story so many times play out over my career, but there is always one thing in common - small cap businesses with high beta. I totally think you are seeing this wrong. The investment has been DE-RISKED. Meaning any smart investor will add to the position now because they can carry out their business plan without having to risk NOT having it. I get it, you wish it was done at $8 or $10, so do I. I wish instead of the convertible they issued equity at $14. Timing aside, the investment changes only by the amount of dilution. If you are emotional because you don't like management then you shouldn't own the stock. They made a call and that's what they get to do. Vote this May if you are still sick to your stomach then. If they don't execute between now and then and just give themselves big pay raises and bonuses maybe I'll join you. But man please at least try and trust they have a clue about this business.
