RE:WTI still going higher

RE:WTI still going higherA bit of history, in the 80s european crude prices were not set by Brent prices , rather Brent took its signals from the Russian Crude market which in turn was set by cargo swaps among majors and large trading houses including some of the wall street boys. The game was called Russian Roulette for a very good reason. Any one who ventured in stupidly soon found that the chamber was pointed at his head. The Russians themselves were very much complicit as they could change the rules any time it suited them , and that happened often.
The chap who investigated this on the US side was none other than good old RUDY. He didn't touch the big guys ,but rather trained his sights on both the bit players and even the victims.
I don't have a clue about what goes on today , but CAVEAT EMPTOR is a good motto to have.
