RE:RE:Nvo and IVS
hi Hurricane Rick hurricane is a good name for you. I do nothing casually and you have done well in NVO and will do well here. You made no mention to Sudbury 2.0 because I suppose in your assessment, there is nothing to chat about yet. You are correct that both management teams are strong. I am never casual and my comparison was simply because shallow plays like Pardo are rare. The fact that Novo has all of what you said is a good thing but size of land package is a sign of knowing how to stake land. Precision matters and the IVS team could have done the same but they operate differently than the promo machine that was NoVo. I love Novo and have been in and out of it at a profit over the years. I'm sure when in 2017 the shares moved from like 50 cents to 5 bucks with very little of what they have today, we both rationalized their upside. I think like you do, that both companies are strong and different. My comparison was a casual one and it is my belief that in 1 year IVS will have 2 land plays being developed and Novo will still be good. While I appreciate what you said, it is how you look at it. Inventus actually has an excellent share structure and their conservative methodical approach shows good care and smarts. I am not sure how you can look at juniors dulluting shareholders so recklessly and be nothing but excited by IVS management. I understand the older investors in this company being a little cautious, but everything that was a problem 4 years ago like having a challenging partner in our way and not having Sudbury 2.0 for example, are behind us. Management has been great at derisking and setting up for success. Time will tell and we can rationalize any share price whether .20 cents or 5 bucks. We are both in both plays, so for me all I ask is that you look into the health benefits of baking soda because without good health nothing matters anyways. Stay strong and detailed. I always enjoy reading your thoughtful comments HR.
