RE:BondingCorrect. But I don't have the time to see if the aquifer permit is unique in that it required the bond or loc upon issuance. If the permit creates in the holder the immediate right to construct, then I can see the logic of Arizone wanting a bond in place upon issuance.
I'm very doubtful the cash went toward a bond or loc. If so, it would have been an easy issue to address in a PR to put everyone at ease (even though the PP still makes no sense to me).
Either way, it will be discussed in the conf call, or we'll see it in the quarterly financials. Odds are it was simply a terrible quarter . . . .
