Critical Elements Lithium Corporation is a Canada-based lithium exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. Its projects include Rose Lithium-Tantalum, Rose North, Rose South, Arques, Bourier, Dumulon, Duval, Nisk, Lemare, Caumont, and Valiquette. The Rose Lithium-Tantalum property consists of over 473 claims covering a total area of over 24.99 square kilometers (km2). It lies in the northeastern part of Superior Province, within the Eastmain greenstone belt. The Rose North property consists of about 31 claims covering a total area of over 16.14 km2. The Arques Property is composed of one block totaling around 136 claims covering an area of 6,840.93 hectares (ha) over 18 kilometers (kms) in length in a Southwest-Northeast direction. Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

On the subject of Cantor....my understanding is that the key guy they are working with at Cantor actually used to work at Cannacord...so in fact, sounds like there is a good deal of continuity here...not to mention that Cannacord has not brought home the deal for the past 3 years...

As for why this takes so long for a car company -- other than a Tesla -- which other car company in the entire world has any experience buying raw material straight from a mine site...none perhaps. This is a totally new strategy for car companies and only being driven by the supply imbalance and their need to lock up material -- until now the car companies would never have considered buying offtake from a mine...they buy assembled parts and pieces and assemble the vehicles in their plants. I challenge you to find an "offtake" division or "mining" division or "raw material" division at any car company other than a Tesla -- so that (in my mind) is why this has taken a truly long long long time...the tides are shifting though and the car companies recognize that tieing up material will be critical (pardon the pun) to their strategic plans for their ev fleets.
